We love working with brands to help them celebrate their employees! This was our fourth year to do the Hilton Team Member Appreciation Week. We made sure to make every aspect of the event align with their branding and TMAW designs for the week! The backdrop was provided by Pop Culture and really helped this setup sing. Hilton had an on-site florist making bouquets in real time for everyone as well. It was such a thoughtful event!

Why it worked: Team members want to celebrate their relationships and what makes their team unique. And Hilton wants to make sure those memories are worthwhile. That is why we allowed for their personalities to shine with 4 photo layouts, and the designs grounded the experience in Hilton's standard of hospitality.

Results: hundreds of premium keepsake prints were created in real time and shared digitally that will be on the employees desks, in their homes, and even on their phones. This makes their connection to each other and Hilton deeper, and a gives them a physical reminder of how Hilton takes care of them.
