While our technology powers the capture, an on-site ilo specialist manages the technical details to ensure a seamless experience for your guests. The human-led portrait

By actively posing and engaging with your guests, we produce a caliber of portraiture that stands far above a traditional booth. While we provide the studio foundation, we love collaborating with your design team or florist to integrate custom sets that mirror your event’s aesthetic.

It is a private space for guests to be themselves—preserving the voices, the laughs, and the candid spirit of the party in a way a static photo cannot. Whether capturing heartfelt video/audio messages or fun selfies, the Phone Booth serves as a living archive of your guest list and the energy of the night.

Once the vision is clear, we finalize the details of your service. Every element is tailored to ensure the experience is a seamless extension of your planning and production.

03 | Curation

We focus on the fine details—layouts, backdrop textures, and lighting calibrations. We guide you through the logistics so the lead-up to your event is entirely effortless.

04 | Production

On event day, our team handles every detail with professional discretion. You are left to enjoy the celebration, knowing the gallery is being captured to our studio standards.

FAQ

  • To ensure a seamless experience for your guests, space requirements vary by booth style:

    • Glam Booth: Requires an 8x8x8 ft footprint, though we recommend a 10x10 ft area to allow for comfortable guest queuing.

    • Glam Studio: Our premier portrait experience requires a 10x10 ft space to accommodate professional lighting and allow our photographer to capture unique angles and compositions.

    • Audio Guestbook (Phone Booth): Our most compact option, requiring only a 3x3 ft footprint with at least an 8 ftceiling.

    Power Requirement: All setups require a standard 3-pronged outlet located within 15 feet of the booth location.

    Last pro tip, keep us away from the dance floor, hallways, bathrooms, or bars/food. Why? Because everyone will be confused as to wear they need to get in line.

  • Absolutely. We love traveling to capture joy and frequently serve the entire Mid-South region and beyond—from Oxfordand Nashville to as far as St. Louis.

    • Travel Fees: Fees are customized based on the distance from Memphis and any necessary lodging requirements for our team.

    • Custom Quotes: Because every destination event is unique, we recommend reaching out directly. We’ll provide a clear, accurate quote tailored to your specific location and venue.

  • Yes! We believe a great experience requires a human touch. Our staffing varies by the experience you choose:

    • Glam Booth: Includes a professional attendant who arrives 1.5 hours early to coordinate with you and your planner. They dial in the perfect exposure, test all equipment, and stay on-site to assist guests throughout the night.

    • Glam Studio: Includes all the technical support of the Glam Booth plus a hands-on photographer. Our photographer directs posing and composition to create dynamic, studio-quality portraits.

    • Phone Booth: A technician will come to setup and test the Phone Booth. While this is our only self-service offering, we provide clear, intuitive instructions so your guests can easily pick up the receiver and record memories independently.

We take on a limited number of event each year to ensure every event receives our full attention and we highly recommend not delaying in reaching out to avoid disappointment.
