FAQ
How much room do you need?
We recommend a 10' x 10' space for our Glam setups and a 4' x 6' area for the London Phone Booth.
What are the power requirements?
We need one standard outlet within 20 ft. We bring all the necessary cables and handle the cord management.
What if the venue has bad WiFi?
We bring our own high-speed hotspots to make sure photos and videos send instantly. If the hotspot has no signal, all texts are saved and sent once we get to internet (usually within 24 hours).
How do guests get their photos?
Images are sent instantly via text or Airdrop. High-speed prints are ready in under 15 seconds.
Do you travel?
Travel within the Memphis area is included. We can provide a quote for any destination beyond that.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full professional liability insurance and can provide the paperwork for your venue.
Is someone there to help?
Yes. Glam Booth comes with a trained specialist to setup the booth and help guests use it. Glam Studio will have a professional photographer there to make the pro-level portraits. London Phone Booth will be setup and picked up by our staff. It comes with instructions for your guests on how to use it.
We take on a limited number of event each year to ensure every event receives our full attention and we highly recommend not delaying in reaching out to avoid disappointment.
